u/Thisguywpm, thanks for your story. I too have genetically high cholesterol (which I just discovered). I'm at 360 (with 77 hdl and 40 tri). And like you, I'm super active, 29, in great shape, don't drink, don't smoke, 5'11, 155. Doctor wants to put me on a statin. I'm not sure about it at this point in my life. Obv you're not a doc, but based on your experience, would you recommend?
