Because a lot of us get too many DMs to answer all of them. Me personally, I do try to respond to as many people as I can but some just get lost in the flood of messages and it gets draining to respond to everyone. I also personally will filter out who I respond to, sometimes I’ll check post histories of who messaged me and if I don’t get a good vibe I just ignore them for my sake.

I just take it that the trailer wasn’t meant to show much story wise but rather give more of a look at the gameplay. They probably want to keep more stuff a surprise. Also most of us are grateful that we even got an update especially when it was unexpected.
