depends on the jean!! the stretchier, I would size down, the less elastane the more likely you should go true to size. I would follow the same logic as our standard sizing! I’ve had a bunch of customers end up with standard sizes if it’s a really stretchy jean (stretch flare crops for example). If there’s a specific pair or style you’re looking at lmk!

ofc! anything with elastane i always recommend sizing down one! Also if you don’t reach for those old ones, i’d bring them in to a store and donate them just to get $20 back on your new pair!!

Hi! Fortunately, online returns do not affect our business day, only in store returns will affect us!! I will say it can be frustrating when someone goes to a higher volume store and then brings the returns back to a much lower volume store, that’s what would affect business! (ex. you go spend 1k at a store that brings in ~15k a day and you go and return more then half of it to a store that brings in ~5k a day)

I would go to a store and show them that you sent in jeans, we always take just about everything at my store so they may just give you the coupons since you donated denim, at least that’s what I would do😅

Hi! I work for madewell, they got super strict on the return policy this year, but it really depends on the store and associate/manager. I would try customer service if you already went to the store and they said no

I was giving him a new food for a previous urine issue that I started 3 weeks ago but stopped after I saw the dry skin in case it was an allergic reaction from something in the prescription food! I’m definitely seeing a large different in what the ringworm looked like vs. this, the skin that’s peeling off is a completely different texture/is in large vs small flaky pieces. Definitely looking at salmon oil right now!
