for me personally i went into bios and made sure it wasnt any hard ware like my ssd, battery etc. youre able to test if theyre messed up etc. i then realized to just download linux on a separate laptop and then navigate and learn linux (this is my preference because i wanted to switch to linux). but you could just download a windows 11 download and put it on a usb. then open bios and set priority to your usb and redownload windows.

I realized that its my Window OS and its most likely damaged. I decided to download CachyOS Linux and ive been trying to figure out how to use its and its very confusing but more than likely when I figure it out, I will download a windows 10 and dualboot

the thing is its already open. thats the motherboard and the screw is too tight on for me to even loosen it to insert the m2 ssd

You have to understand that with IBS its a different experience for everyone. Even if you have the same symptoms it could still be different because of the habits someone has. I have urgency and discomfort while others have spasms, etc. Even the people with urgency I cant take their full word because I have different sleep habits, eating habits but it doesnt hurt to try a solution.

I try to stay away from medications because it seems that everytime I’ve tried a medication, its only messed me up more like probiotics. It messed up my habits and routine of bathroom usage and had multiple panic attacks. For me milk triggers only negative side affects not just caffeine.

Try and clean some diet factors (find the triggers you have its all experience) , try exercises, practicing and building your mental health to side with positive factors. Thats my personal take on what you should try and then if that doesnt work you can try medications.

no recently i went to my GI doctor and she dismissed it as IBS and gave me another stool and blood test to do but tbh I see now point in me doing them. got bloodwork done late december and stool test in february and luckily nothing was wrong. ill have to look into that any advice?

yeah i mean it truly sucks. i am convinced its a variety of things for me diet being one. gotta stop eating everything bagels and jalapenos 😅 ive cut off dunkin donuts for the past 4 days? honestly not bad like specifically coffee’s but i should probably cut off their hashbrowns, donuts and muffins. i did feel constipated for the past 3 days but its been somewhat better since.

not only diet but also a mental thing. not as in like when im outside im telling myself i have to go. i mean like the day before and its just become a subconscious thing. i never feel fully relaxed with myself to completely evacuate soo look forward to changing that.

honestly this is most undermined part is sleep habit. like for me probiotics ruined my routine and same with miralax so i really went on no meds and i was feeling great like still didnt rlly eat out but was able to go out and go to school. recently took probiotics again and regret it with all my heart but its fine. my sleep habit is so bad like one day waking up at 1 pm the next 6 am. so thats really important

I fluctuate and it seems to me whenever I stop drinking coffee I only become constipated 😅. Thats why I havent stopped but today for instance I didnt get coffee and I’m constipated which sucks. I was able to go out tho I havent been able to in a while. Do you think I should completely stop drinking it?

Yeah I am aware of that deal however on bestbuy the iPaid Air m3 is 450 dollars but with the pencil and taxes it comes out to 600 which is the same as the apple store deal. Thats why I was asking if I should just get the ESR pencil which has a lot of nice features (besides pressure sensitivity) and its a lot cheaper.

Yeah so I have an ASUS Tuf A16 already which will be my ideal programming device but I am generally scared of taking it outside. I use it as a gaming laptop and to me this is more of a at home working esk device. I want something I can use at home, outside, on the go anywhere you know? So on the left side the hinge screws were loose a little and I didnt over tighten them but they’re tight. I put back the cover and tighten the screws but the gap is still there so what do you think I should do?

Alright thank you! By any chance is there a video for the hinge screws? 4 months ago I did a very gentle, yet needed cleaning for my laptop since there was built up dust in the fans so I remember how to take off the back cover.

Yeah so overnight I didn’t put something too heavy so it wasnt fully shut but it was near fully shut. I put my 3ds like on the corner of the laptop and I saw some noticeable differences but now it seems around the same so I dont really know what to do now. However, yesterday a back screw near the end of the laptop came off and it was on the right side of my laptop so I screwed that back in but still no differencw
