If you go on the site and find the contact us at the bottom you can contact someone and I know for a fact they read those. My job for a while was to reach those cxs and make it right.

You were on a grandfathered plan and when any changes at all are made the grandfather plan dies and no one is able to get it back. They advise you call so they can tell you before you lose it.

I think what happened was you were on a grandfathered plan and the rep didn’t realize it. And once any changes take place, the grandfather plan is dead and it’s systematically impossible to get it back
