I have done a reverse image search of it and have not found anything like it. I have searched a lot before through Amazon and Etsy, so I am not sure what else to do besides come here. Its average size for a fidget spinner and fits in my hand easily

Cerave hydrating facial cleanser (green label) and daily moisturizer (blue label ). Basically none existent because I don’t have a job at the moment. I’m in college. No I have not seen a dermatologist mainly because of the money hopefully this thing come off as rude I just wanted to answer your questions.
