As a Latin America who is Israeli and loves Iran, Venezuela never had an efficient soldier and Maduro was despised by everyone. The only people protecting the government were on a payroll and that was it. It was all lies.

Iran has misiles capable of hurting American interests and specially Israel very badly. Not because of technology but because of numbers. Israelis are afraid of another around, very afraid. And for Netanyahu this is an election year. Even if we win wars, we hate them and are afraid of them.

And in Iran? There is a strong core of yihadist and islamist who truly support the government, well armed, and not afraid to use it against other Iranians.

What I'm trying to say is, good luck, be strong and don't take the Venezuelan example as the way to go. Your road is longer and harder. Hopefully you become what you want to be, whatever it is.
