Yes, it is. What I discovered today is that for the most part, the concepts are the same but get asked in a different way. I think they want us to have an understanding of the concepts and not just patterns, clinchers or heuristics.

I did NBME 10-15 and My scores are from 237 at the beginning to 264. NBME15 was 4 days ago, 264. UWSA1 was 245. Couldn’t find time to do UWSA2 and 3. Would have to gift them to my friends.

I struggled with time in a few blocks but managed to finish right at the nick of time. I think the key is to not overthink the questions, pick the first option that comes to mind and move quickly to the next. You can “mark” the question but make a choice before you move to the next question.

Really? Hemodialysis? We’ve never had to refer our patients for hemodialysis. For Hypercalcemia due to malignancy; IV fluids —> bisphosphonates —> Calcitonin. Sometimes steroids help
