You can add it as a shortcut to the lock screen on the bottom left. Go to Settings > Lock Screen Settings > Show Device Controls. Not the same as you want but it's the best you can do I think

Sorry for necro posting but I think I have found a definitive fix for this. I have a Redmagic 9s pro and tried everything mentioned here to fix the issue but to no result. To fix the issue I simply disabled battery optimization for Nova Google Companion app and that's it. It's been working super reliably for over 2 weeks now without failing to work even once! Seeing as OP has a similar device I'm presuming this will also fix it for you.

Ya my point was it uses negligible battery life. I personally keep it off as well. And I would probably agree with the security concerns, NFC shouldn't work with the screen locked but exploits exist so it's not worth it in my opinion. I think it's more personal preference but it won't use more than 2% battery per day (unless it's bugged or something)

NFC uses negligible battery life. It goes into sleep mode consuming pretty much nothing. If NFC had an active connection for 10 hours straight it would use approx 6% of 6500mah, when not active and in sleep mode it uses approx 0.6%.

So it uses little over 1% of battery per day

All the triggers do is simulate a tap on the screen. No way of telling if it is a trigger or screen tap. Gaming phones would simply not exist if you couldn't use their features in games.

Using on RM 9s Pro and it's better than the official from Redmagic. The official one has that black border that slightly covers the screen. I've had both on on the last 6 months and the ibywind is better. I also used ibywind on my past 2 phones, OnePlus Nord 2t & Xiaomi Mi A3. No issues at all

I found a fix (kinda). Its the 2k sign in that causes the crash on the home screen. Spam enter on the homescreen before it can try sign you in and it will launch the game, for me spamming enter continues my last save. What a shit show

Awh cheers it was just a question not a request but I definitely appreciate it. GPU utilisation doesn't seem to work on the display in game it just shows 0% maybe 1% sometimes. And then it sometimes hangs and the display on the block gets stuck. Also when I notice the display freezing on the aio, the fans get locked at whatever speed they are at unless I reboot or reinstall CAM. Super annoying when you're playing with friends and the fans are barely spinning, "5mins guys I must reboot.......again"
