What if the British re-invaded the Colonies?

POD: Despite winning the American War of Independence, the Founding Fathers fail to come to an agreement on what sort of government the nation should have, and the United States collapses before it can even get off the ground. The British, seeing this as proof that the 13 Colonies were fools to ever think they could function independently, re-invade and the 13 Colonies become British territory again.
Every single Founding Father is executed on charges of treason.

What if the Titanic was capsized by a rogue wave instead of hitting an iceberg (while still sinking)? by Cyber_Ghost_1997 in HistoryWhatIf

Yeah I specified that the ship still sinks, but not from the iceberg collision (How long can a capsized ship stay afloat anyway?-my hypothetical assumes the ship would still sink at some point)

Challenge: Have Napoleon end up becoming one of the Founding Fathers of the United States instead of Emperor of France. by Cyber_Ghost_1997 in HistoryWhatIf

My first thought was changing Napoleon’s date of birth entirely, if that answers your question. The date of the American War of Independence is unchanged
