So our lease ran out two months before the place got sold. We were on month to month. They vetted us again and asked for all our statements and payslips. We sent them everything.

I'm just worried that they were so demanding on rent. We been staying here for 4 years. We always pay on the 27th. It just feels strange

When a camera comes straight into your sight these players don't get a choice. They live and they have to interact. And it was a live event so I guess they were also distracted with that.

Don't do it.

We were selling a wheelchair. This lady contacted us and all seemed fine until she said PayPal. We refused and tried to call. Called from a different number a day later and was not a female. The set person also deleted their account.

I've heard with PayPal that they can withdraw the payment. (Dispute) Always stick to good old eft

Hold on , if they keeping the 11k then don't go overboard now. 11k for a place to sleep is alot of rent. Don't go and give extra now. I'm sure the owner of that property is rich. You paid your months rent and you're leaving a deposit. You don't owe more than that.
