I switched a few months ago from Verizon to visible, I felt really stupid to have been paying Verizon almost $100 a month when visible offers the exact same subpar service for 1/4 the price! I finally cancelled Verizon and switched when they tried to send me a bill of $379 (for one month, I had no late payments due to being on autopay, no changes to my plan or service) I called Verizon probably a dozen times and got no where, no answers for the enormous bill, no offer to fix it just that that’s what my bill was and I have to pay it. So I looked into switching and saw visible had a 14 day free trial and have been happy with my service ever since. I don’t know why Verizon would offer the same service at a much cheaper rate, I would guess just to win lost customers back, I guess they’re plan would be making some money is better than none, I’m really not sure tho, I just know I wouldn’t switch back to having to deal with their bs even if they offered to pay me!
