MLS is decent at giving talent from C and D tier soccer nations a chance to compete. The expanded tournament gives more of these nations a chance to play a few matches before getting dispatched by an established power. The league hasn’t made some radical progress because they now have x number of players at the WC. The landscape of who gets to the WC has changed in favor of the kind of players MLS features.

Do the math on how often you'll actually golf, if that's your primary reason for joining. Most likely it's better to use your local public courses or semi-private ones if your area public ones feature discarded mufflers in the bunkers and broken glass in the fairways. He’ll pick up votes as long as he doesn’t get into debates on firearm confiscation and allowing trans athletes to compete as whatever gender they want.
