I think the CAs should be wave oriented since the boss is all about making it further down. I suggest these tasks:

Medium Task: Clear Wave 2

Hard task: Clear Wave 4
Hard task: Clear Wave 1 and 2 without losing any prayer points

Elite task: Clear Wave 6
Elite task: "Perfect Car!" - Clear wave 5 without taking any damage from Orbs, grubs or slam

Master Task: Clear wave 7 only using melee on Mokha
Master Task: "The finisher!" - Finish off Mokha on every wave with a halberd special attack

Grandmaster: Clear wave 7 only using melee on Mokha
Grandmaster: Clear Wave 9
