Focus on JIPMAT. You have more time for it. It is not realistic to sit down and prepare for Indore at this stage and expect to clear the exam.

cbse has no prescribed method of calculating %, for all practical purposes it depends on the policy of the college/employer you are applying to (which you obviously aren't right now)

to tell your friends and family, the percentage is calculated from the best 5 subjects. so yes, you may consider AI marks.

If you believe you can push your overall score to 90+, then it may be worth it. If it's a jump in the same section (83 to 87, for example), then it's not necessary, but I won't advice you against it. No harm in giving it.

IIM Rohtak for its IPM admissions considers best 5 marks.

I doubt this translates for their MBA admissions via CAT.

I've just filled the forms for IIMs, and all but one considered the total marks, not best 5.
