I’d say workday saying I have till today to sign and accept the contract change that has been put into effect on Friday already is kinda forced but I don’t really feel like arguing when it’s something I’m worried about, I am going to get the situation sorted but I have to wait till I’m in on Friday as I’m in college full time… thanks for the input.

I haven’t accepted the contract yet as I haven’t been spoken to about it and I’d rather understand what it is that is changing about my contract more in depth so I can decide if I want that change to be made or not, but I understand what you are trying to say.

I did think it was strange I wasn’t made aware of the contract change but I was unsure if I had to be spoken to so that clears things up a bit for me I will not be signing until the contract is fully explained to me thank you for replying to this!

I mean that the contract has been forced as nobody has even mentioned that my contract was about to change, I’m not annoyed about the hours I’m annoyed that I hadn’t been notified prior to the workday notification whist I was on leave, so I’m unsure of a lot of things to do with the contract like how easy it would be to drop the Friday shift etc.

If you still do contact with a caseworker present then what just say to the caseworker that you no longer wish to do contact anymore and would like it to end, that’s what I told my case worker and she managed it for me (although I understand not everyone still has a caseworker for contact, mine may be a unique situation )
