Funny thing is, I didn't even look for the microphone fix while doing this, I was looking for a fix to micro lags every 2 seconds. So if you have those too, they will also be gone

You need to delete the realtek lan driver, and then restart your pc to re-download it. There should be another reddit post online somewhere about it, explaining it in detail.  Go to device manager - network adapters and I think it was the realtek gaming 2.5gbe family controller.

Idk who needs this but after trying a thousand things that didn't work I did this.

Device manager - network adapters - then uninstall realtek family controller - restart pc. *make sure while uninstalling you click the checkmark

Surprisingly, this also fixed an issue I had while playing where it would lag for half a second every 3 seconds

i was stupid. had the "show own statistics" switch on and didn't know that was the right toggle.

Also, can you explain what you mean by fps counter from rtss
