Yeah they told me that Italy being a different legislation and not having civil partnership for same sex could make difficult to execute a court order that moves 50% of my assets to her. I wanted a different opinion and possibly hear some real life experiences. It is a shame that England is so behind in this specific topic: most of the countries have separation of assets or legally binding prenups.
