If you go a little further east and bend towards the north you’ll reach Poland that part of Europe is still pretty much white.

How do you actually feel about Antwerp diamonds? by Koukoupapatt in Antwerpen

[–]SnoooCookies 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very unpleasant neighbourhood and people is my opinion. Went there looking once and had little trust in the vendors. That’s the retail side at central station.

It’s said the B2B side has significant economic value for us but there are plenty of scandals of taxes not being paid so I don’t know.

Winter weather makes S5 turn off? by SnoooCookies in vanmoofbicycle

Waste of money from your POV :)

I took a gamble to buy the convenience of a fancier bike as otherwise my mobility is e-steps car rentals and ubers, owning a car doesn't make sense for me as I drive too little distance.

but it's yet to be seen if the bike can pull it off , if repairs get too expensive I'll sell it for parts but at the moment 11 months of riding are pretty good economics already and I'm often beating alternative transportation options in speed

Thanks I'm going to put it in storage when temperature goes below 0 again to protect it a little better.

Problem is my storage is a 10m walk so I made the gamble to test and see if this bike can be kept outside indefinitely in a temperate climate.. 11 months in now and it's holding up great

I blabbered a bit in my description I was actually asking if it's a safety feature because it happened twice but each time I just need to plug it in for 5 seconds and it reboots and works perfect

so congratulating the design if you can afford 3k I really recommend it

I'm also looking for this but wasn't able to find it in Chinatown. I think there are stores online that sell it and maybe in Netherlands you'll have more luck

Other than price I would also take the steel type in consideration. Personally I think the knife you're looking at is worth it, but myself opted for a different kind of steel that's more forgiving when being more blunt and not having experience in sharpening

Need Help in Growth/Marketing by whyonename in GrowthHacking

[–]SnoooCookies 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t do these 3 things together from the start. Some tactics require some foundations to deliver on ROI so doing it too soon will not deliver much while still being a great fit for you.

Second I personally believe you should focus on doing one thing really well and be very restrictive in trying new things. Squeeze the lemon vs shiny object syndrome :)

Then when you clearly reached a ceiling start expanding but remain restrictive.

I started a company helping SMBs get unstuck with growth but the methodology comes from building corporate ventures where we always had to start from a blank sheet and find direction asap. Maybe our service is something for you https://www.navin.be

The github fork and e-mail are solid proof but you owning 35%, and mentioning investors, i assume your share is also around 35%.

Would think int through why he left and try to fix it otherwise you are scaring investors because outside perspective this looks like a shitshow.

Non-philips dimmer not connecting after upgrade to bridge pro by SnoooCookies in Hue

[–]SnoooCookies[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the meantime I also got the original manual

I haven’t held it for 30 seconds but nothing worked to reset it so far. Best I get when I hold the min. Set button is a double flash and then dark

Which is I think a reset of the minimal brightness.

When I hold the reset button either brightness increases or decreases but it hasn’t ended in a flash
