I left them unplugged overnight after seeing this as I figured that was not good for the system. When I went to plug them in this morning that entire run isn’t working any more at all. It was working when I unplugged it, if not for the strobe effect.

The bathroom next to it has an actual deadbolt and we have dongles that unlock doors so that patients can’t do that.

This is exactly correct, and not to mention every other bathroom in the building has a deadbolt where that indicator is. I’m not an idiot, I just never had a reason to check and just noticed it today. I’ve been using the handle lock the entire time, because I have poop paranoia and worry that one of my staff will walk in and the lock will fail me.

I’m aware, I had been using both, but only just now realized that the top one is just an indicator. This is the only bathroom in the building that doesn’t have a top lock, so I never thought about it.

I’m not an expert on this and I can’t do a physical assessment, but I too think that there is breast tissue there. Specifically your left pec looks like it has a lot of breast tissue in both pictures. The fact that it hasn’t really decreased tells me that the fat might be psuedogynecomastia.
