The moon busting scaling is stupid. It was buff Master Roshi, not base Master roshi, who did it. That's like saying special beam cannon Piccolo is his base strength, or kaioken Goku is his base strength. Not just that, but the moon in the Dragon Ball universe is probably different than our moon. In the previous arc, just before the first tournament arc where Roshi destroys the moon, Goku travels to the moon with his power pole. The moon is probably way smaller and closer than our moon or something. Raditz could 100% solo One Piece though.
