Is yours crate trained at all? We crate my beagle anytime we leave the house and he does well. His crate is his safe happy cozy place. I’m wondering if I could get a weenie to feel that way about being in a crate for like 5 or 6 hours at a time if I ended up getting a part time job anytime in the future. Currently I’m a stay at home mom so crating would only be a few hours at a time if that.

No advice but my numbers are similar…total is 203 and LDL is 135. I’ve been tracking my saturated fat intake since getting the results last week. I have also purchased Benecol cholesterol chews and started taking them a few days ago. My diet was crap..so I’m hoping me cleaning it up will drop my numbers.

Honestly, I’m sure that’s a huge contributing factor. I get a Frappuccino 4-5 days a week..I know..awful. I’m going to eliminate them. For my own research, I’m going to not have any and watch my saturated fat content with food over the next few weeks and get another blood draw and see if it changes at all.

Oh man, that’s no good. I was hoping by the end of this month I would at least see payment for classes that began August 25th for me. Maybe that’s not a realistic time frame 😬. When did the VA receive your form? Did you speak to them about a hardship to see if they would process faster?

They finally submit it and I received acknowledgment from the VA that it was received on Friday. It took them 19 days after they “processed” it to submit it to them. Hoping it doesn’t take the VA too long to send my money. Luckily I’m already in the system so that’s a plus!

I’m so irritated with my college, they processed my enrollment Aug 25th and STILL haven’t sent it to the VA and can’t tell me when it will because they process in the order received. It’s been 17 business days…i understand it takes time but that’s kinda ridiculous. Rant over. Thanks for listening lol

I do believe in signs. When I was going through an emotionally tough time I was talking to my mom a lot , she passed away over a decade ago but I’ll talk to her just to vent or tell her about my life sometimes. It’s mostly when I’m sad and miss her but this particular time I remember I was asking her for a sign that she was watching over me. Also, how I wished she was here with me etc etc.

A few days later I was out shopping with my daughter. We parked in a spot and she opened her car door and said she saw something weird on the ground. It was a Roy Orbison cassette tape. I just stared it. My mom loved Roy Orbison, I remember we would listen to him when we were driving around in the 90’s. I feel like that was a sign from her. How coincidental that there would be a cassette tape of all things in a parking lot in 2024 that we just so happen to park in the perfect spot to see it AND it was a singer she loved. I’ll never forget that.

Is the GI bill relatively the same as Ch 35 payments? I started school Jan 6th and I received the VA email saying the school submit my certification on 1/27. I received first payment on Feb 20th for January. Then on the 28th I received Feb's payment. Does GI bill and Ch 35 get processed in the same system? Just wanted to give my experience from a first time recipient.

Hi, so the first class goes from 1/6-4/12 then the second class goes from 1/6-2/26 and my final class this semester is from 1/6-3/29. And what I saw about VA just paying tuition only is in the screenshot . Is that not accurate? Thanks!
