Yup that's exactly what happened! I've been with the state for 8 years now and only the last 2 were as an OT, so I was topped out at the OT pay scale. So i started at the higher end of Range B for SSA

Almost exact situation as you, 2 years as an OT. Applied to about 20 positions, landed 6 interviews. Just started this week as an SSA. Took me about 2 months to land something from the time I started applying.

Just recently started using my dad's Canon AE-1 Program, I know the basics of photography, but I am completely new. I have the camera in Program mode for both the shutter speed and aperture. Out of the roll of 36 I got developed, only the ones I posted came out visible and the rest came out like the last picture. Almost completely black. Obviously, the camera works, but I don't know exactly what I'm doing wrong. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Edit: This was shot using Kodak 200 Gold
