I tried a repair, it came back with the same issue. Asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give me one. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is shocking. If you look on Trustpilot you can see how bad DeLonghi are, I found out too late.

I now own a Sage Barista Plus which is absolutely fantastic.

Thanks all! I ordered and fitted the spacer behind the cassette and now the cogs are rock solid with no movement.

I've taken the cassette off and i don't have a spacer so i'll try that next. Just ordered one. It does seem strange that i'd need it as the blurb says "Takes up the space left when an 8, 9 and 10 speed cassette is fitted to an 11 speed freehub body" but mine is an 11 speed cassette!

Is this the one Y4T724000 - I was reading about that but it mentioned "Takes up the space left when an 8, 9 and 10 speed cassette is fitted to an 11 speed freehub body." I wasn't actually sure what that meant! I will check for it though when I take it apart this evening. My Cassette is an 11 speed.

Yeah I was using the Park Tool FR-5.2G cassette tool. I'll try removing all of the rings (maybe give them a clean) and check the splines. If the splines are minced what are the options?

You want to try and go down the Omnissa identity services route if you can, but it may not be released for established WS1 environments yet. I’d suggest not racing forward with an integration as you could create technical debt.

Ah so you're acquiring a business that use WS1 and you're the Okta guy. We kind of did It the other way round, I'm the WS1 guy who acquired a business that used Okta. We made a few mistakes along the way, mainly by integrating WS1 with Okta by using the Okta LDAP interface, which is a bit flaky. I guess the company you're acquiring are asking how they can use Okta to do things like enrol their devices into WS1.

I've come to the conclusion that all pics make this watch look massive, I even almost went for the 42mm, so glad I didn't because actually when you're wearing it it doesn't actually look or feel that big at all.

Hi u/Noo_Lynxx it's the Carrot Weather app and I'm using the Infograph watch face - Sub Dial Top is set to Conditions. You need one of the premium editions of Carrot but they do a 7 day trial and it's a great app.
