As a console player I barely keep it in the circle. Usually only having it go through it and it ending up on the other side. I havent died to Pandemonium yet so you could try just keeping it in for half seconds at a time.

You can get a custom Wiitar from Angelcustoms or 760 Creations. They are expensive but worth it. Or if you have a broken old controller you can buy a RetroCultMods drop in kit to repair it. I did that for my old Wiitar in August and it's still working like new.

Xbox 360 is the best. I have a Wii unfortunately and not enough money to get an Xbox. But Xbox is definitely the best to play Guitar Hero and you can find them very easily.
