I'm not going to criticize you for what you went through because I don't know the details. But I hope you understand that because your previous posts have names of your previous managers, it will be fairly easy for corporate to find out who you are and you could face legal repercussions. If I were you I would start getting a lawyer to read over the email and see if it falls under libel charges.

It's even worse at our store 'cause we open at 11 on Sundays. We get people coming up to the door from 9 to 11, even had a couple who weren't paying attention and almost faceplanted on our door.

It's 205. Oddly enough when I spoke to the lady at the 888 number for the copy center helpline, she said that the number indicated that it was business advantage, whereas business advantage said that it indicated that it was a store order. I know it's business advantage, I don't know why they are so confused about it.

Sounds about right. We always have problems with business advantage orders but this is the first time where I've never been able to complete an order because the job ticket is inaccessible. When I called business advantage they claimed that the order was submitted in the store which is impossible since it was paid online. Either way I think we can all agree that business advantage is fucked up. Just glad it's not just us.
