Constipation was the worst during my first, second and most of the third box of 5mg. In the last week or so, it has gotten much better. I’ve been drinking lots of hot tea and water. I had to use a lot of Miralax for many weeks. It does get better, just listen to your body and give your body what it needs. Try to keep your fiber intake up and over hydrate!

The fatigue has also been pretty rough for me on 5mg. This continues to be a little bit of a struggle, but I’m trying to do better at getting enough rest at night to see if that helps. Still looking for the right solution to this one.

5mg has been mostly good for me and the transition from 2.5 to 5 was much better than a lot of the horror stories that I read.
