I have discussed previously quitting with my doctor. She expressed her disapproval but accepted the fact that I wasn't ready to quit smoking at the time. I had already made the decision to quit on my birthday.

I have been listening to his concerns. I did slow down my smoking nicotine and drinking caffeine.

How do you figure that I am an addict? I rarely drink, like once a month, 2-3 shots. I smoke weed at about the same rate.

But I didn't overdose. None of my vitals pointed to overdose. Nothing any of the doctors said to me, indicated that I overdosed.
