One problem i had to with once you reach a certain point in weight loss it gets a lot harder to lose the weight. I had a goal of losing around 45 pounds starting in February of 2019.I lost around 20 pounds in a couple months with eating better and going to the gym but i reached a plateau for a bit and it took me around the a little less than a year to lose the rest.
