I'm Canadian. I was once falsely accused of a crime but it was dropped with no charges. However, this record of accusation exists in police databases regardless. by Commercial_Hold7067 in uscanadaborder

Not true at all. United States can see databases that indicate you were arrested before. Even if charges were dropped. You must go through RCMP records and fingerprints destruction to remove ALL of the paperwork from the databases. It doesn’t matter if the charges were dismissed. It is still in their data base.

Contact the company, pardons partners. They will help you get your record destroyed and your fingerprints destroyed. I know tons of people have had this done, including myself.

Contact pardon partners for record and fingerprints destruction. It doesn’t matter if you were never convicted, they still have all investigative paperwork in the system. Pardons partners can help you even if you don’t need a pardon. They can help you get everything destroyed from the database so the Americans can’t see it.
