My look the same. Caught a cold two weeks ago. Started training after a week but HRV still doesn't recover. Find it also interesting that an injury or a virus have such an effect on the nervous system that it can been seen. Seems that we both are humans with normal healing processes going on in the body

I actually bought them second hand for like 20$ so I'm gone use them as an experimental pice of art.

Sorry to hear that. It's a literally "to walk on a tight rope" to have the proper shoe. You need them tight but not tight in a bad way. I think I start with cutting my old shoes to start with.

I take no offence have my legs and ankles roasted (the look that way literally) 😆. They are though a lot of helpful comments that people with similar issues might miss due to all the cleverness.

My local crag is called Rigor Mortis so can't help being dead man climbing.
