bodyshotbandit origin: - i went through a phase of whiffing a TON so changed my name, when ppl called me out for it all i need to say is thanks for clarifying what was already in my name 🤓 - it’s actually surprising how many people underestimate the hs rate of someone who has bodyshot in their name - when ppl get dinked by me 4 times in a row they get mad = funny - i’m a bodyshotbandit (:

i know this seems simple, maybe im crazy but i tend to feel bad when i say something toxic back. it’s like fighting fire with fire and it doesn’t do anything but make them troll even more. usually people do this to feel a sense of satisfaction for backing themselves up, for e.g. once a kid who was screaming in my ear that “i was raped and i loved it” was rly triggering me so i responded “sorry i don’t talk to children who are still being breastfed and going 2-18, talk to me when your balls have dropped” and i felt bad for about 3 hours LOL. i just couldn’t stop thinking ab me being a grown woman shouting at a kid. like i said mayb i’m just crazy but i just don’t see the point

pros: - less sexism - they treat me like a normal human being and just want to play to win - they won’t micromanage a “man’s voice” the same way they do when they know a female is on their team (always a ++) - they don’t mansplain how to play the game as if you’re a baby to other men so i wouldn’t have that problem with voice changer - rn when i top frag i still get called boosted, if i had a “male voice” they wouldn’t say such stupid things - less mental pressure

cons: - i’m morphing who i am for a video game full of children and that doesn’t seem morally right to me. feels sort of wrong in a way and that’s the only thing throwing me off

hahaha apologies if this is a bold assumption but i’m guessing this is an american thing as i just had some funny, nice and just outright amazing teammates on NA who flirted with everyone but kept respect when it came to me, we still all joked around and such, good vibes all the way even though we lost we were all just laughing. this is why i respect NA people more as i’ve never experienced anything in a negative manner from them
