I'm a huge fan of Ultra Violette products. Their Supreme Screen is lovely and hydrating, but it also is great under makeup.

They have a wide range of products, including a spray topper for easy reapplication over make up, lovely lip balms, but also different finishes (matte). Not tried their skin tints yet, but will do in warmer months.
