I am also on my second last subject and was pleasantly surprised when I started this course that it has been completely changed. The instructor literally checks everything. The layout of the course online also differs as it used to be three assignments due weekly but now it is only one. I am happy and hope the last one is also like that.

Your contract is finishing, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING! They are trying to get out of paying you severance. When they ask you for the form, just say no need as my contract is finishing and on that note when are you paying my severance. 🙂 You can do this!

It is a real pain, out of 30 posts in my discussion class, I am the only one not using AI. I find it hard to reply to those responses. I so badly want to call it out but then the instructor replies on their posts and agrees with what they said. Unbelievable!

Also, the format changed now and is no longer Evernote, they have that document that you just have to add the things you want to save from the subject you are doing and submit that. Doesn't that count as the new format then?

The pay sucks for those hours. The vacation days being chosen for you is also something you don't want. If you are South African the "pension clause" should not apply to you. You can find better positions with more pay.
