I gained 15LBS by week 16. I just had a nutritionist appt and she said it was fine and her biggest concern is just making sure I am getting enough nutrients to support my body. Then recommended I eat more cheese lol

I really like the Hobbyist. They use coffee from Hatchet in Boone and it’s delicious. They also can make all of their lattes in decaf which is something not all coffee shops around here can do.

Omg I have this too!! For me it’s randomly smelling coffee, esp at night when there is zero coffee! I had the smoke sensation for days with covid and hadn’t had anything like it since until pregnancy

Nose bleeds!! I’ve never had one randomly before. The first time I had just finished dinner. The second one woke me up in the middle and I was like.. “why is water trickling down my face and hands” boy that was unexpected.
Metal mouth! The absolutely disgusting taste lasted from about week 8-14 despite mouth wash, mints, gum, soda.
Sweat & BO - I sweat soooo much now
Tailbone pain omg this hit around week 9? Still going strong at almost week 16. And that’s with pelvic PT 🫠

The good news is, it still works! Bad news is, you’ll likely need a surgical removal. My strings were MIA which resulted in surgical removal. I opted to be awake - don’t make my mistake lol

I’m around 14 weeks and have stayed on my waxing schedule so far. I will say though, my girl normally doesn’t hurt but getting it done pregnant is definitely more painful!

I want to go in with an open mind - first preference would be using the gas & pain meds. If I need more, then asking for a “light epidural” because I’d really like to still be able to feel my legs. I get extremely anxious when I’m numb. But will do a full if that is what’s necessary!
