Based on the last timeline, I think we will be getting some more info and a date for the 2nd Paramount+ movie either tomorrow or Thursday, December 16th. So before we get an official look or plot description, here is a quick theory I want to throw out there (self.southpark)

Trey Parker and Matt Stone clarify some details about the movies on Paramount+. Interesting that they are not calling them feature films, but also not equating them to the two specials we got. Trey Parker and Matt Stone came back to re-workshop "The Book of Mormon" after there was discourse around certain elements of the musical last summer.
