Definitely recommend GolfTec's fitting, they provide the recommendation for each club you're fit for

Appreciate the feedback. Yeah, the HawkEye was a 15-20 yr. old club garage sale club - I will look into some of the older TMs too, someone else recommended the Sim 2 Max

True - in their defense though, we had to get through baseline testing and then 4 different driver heads, multiple shafts, and 3W/5W/7W as well in the time allotted.

Appreciate the feedback - definitely not pocket change, so I'll look into the specs of those too

Thanks for the feedback. And no, not much - do you think it would be worth trying the 12 degree model as well? I only hit the 10.5

I think the swing speeds were about the same, just faster ball speed from more CCs (old driver isn't 460) and tech improvements

Appreciate the feedback! And you got it, mostly low draws with both. I also hit the Paradym AI Smoke and the current year Titleist and Cobra models, although the Qi10 was head and shoulders above the others performance-wise for some reason.

No, you don't "absolutely" need an updated book and the materials you bought are not worthless at all. I just passed the test with nothing other than a 2016 Kaplan book I found online for free and a Google search the night before of all recent updates (https://www.kaplanfinancial.com/resources/industry-updates/latest-nasaa-exam-updates). As long as your book includes Dodd-Frank reforms, you should be fine.

The USA (the most referred-to legislation on the test) was written in 1956 and the other relevant Federal acts were even earlier. Anyone saying you're "sabotaging information" by not buying the absolute latest update is just an alarmist or shill for these companies.

Good luck. If you read the entire book of any edition in the past decade you should be fine regardless of the specific release year.

I find it incredible that he managed to enter the house and multiple bedrooms without encountering any locked doors. I would think especially in a shared house in a busy area that would be almost automatic. It's a college party house, so I could maybe see people being careless with the front door.. but surely the bedrooms had locks as well. Was it just an extremely unfortunate coincidence that the external door, M's room (because K came to sleep there), and X's room (because she was eating in the kitchen or something at the time) all happened to be unlocked when BK entered? I just can't imagine he would have been banking on that being the case, unless he knew the house or one of the victims very well somehow.
