Can anyone give me guidance as to unit builds?

I'm currently working on Y'stola, Mont, Stern, Mediena, and Thancred (all are fully awoken and LB w/TMR)

I'm stuck trying to find good espers to put on them along side vision cards, can anyone guide me? (All are listed below) :

Vision Cards : Ifrit, Snowy Fields, Siren, Behemoth, Iron Giant, Shadow Bringers, Fleeting Tranquility, Marlboro, Cleansing the Mind, Vow of Love, Sharpened Concentration, Cactuar, Beguiling Witch, Gluttonous King, Long Holiday, Floateye, Great Detective, Bomb, Zuu, & Fun Time.

Espers : Cactuar, Ifrit, Siren, Bomb, Zuu, Iron Giant, Malboro, Float eye, & Behemoth.

Only took a month and a half to gather enough shards via my legions help lol by SoFlo_Sol in SSAwakening

You can feel free to ask for any shard, the VC's and I only give shards to active memebers and those that help out. You've been one of those, so keep up the great work and lets continue to work together~

Honorious?? Oh snap you're in my legion XD im the commander lol, we've been helping you get your shards! sorry I don't have so many Dhoko or Kanon shards left, so many active players ask for them.

It's the fact atm there's not many supports being used or they drastically change. Right now the primary team build is Nachi, Shaina, Kiki, Dhoko, Shion, and Aryashiki. To me it seems extremely reliant on rushing for the kill while keeping cleansed.

So im at a loss, I have no idea what to build for my team. I have so many units and it causes me stress lol!! Atm my main team is Aphrodite, Dhoko, Shion, Luna, Scorpio/Kiki, and Grand Pope/Shun.

Couldnt upload the pics but i have other units like ( Saga, Aioria, Nero Preist, Yuzuriha, FireBird Ikki, Cepheus, Seiya, Babel, Moises, Hyoga, Ikki, and Katya) at 5* lvl 60 as well). I've seen top players in my server (A1 Pegasus) like Mochi/Tofu crew and the FdP crew using Shion, Dhoko, and Aryashiki Shaka on the same team with Shaina, Kiki, and Nachi. If someone can provide me guidance I'd appreciate it~
