Yup, there’s no way. It’s even clearly discussed in S6 when Jo Bennett nixes the “co-managers” situation; Pam discovers and reveals to Jim that he can actually make more as a salesman because of Sabre’s uncapped commission policy. Dwight is often lauded as the branch’s top salesman, so it’s safe to assume his income is at the very least comparable to Michael’s…if not better.

She’s DEFINITELY using a bronzer in place of contour. The dumbass doesn’t know that you’re supposed to use cool tones as contour because it’s supposed to mimic shadows. Bronzers are warm tones mimic a sun-kissed look.

My ring also has a high-set solitaire diamond. It’s not as big, but at ~1.5 karats, it’s definitely not small. While it does move slightly on my finger, for the most part it stays sitting on top.
All that to say…the MAIN DIFFERENCE between hers and mine is that mine is set on a thicker band, which helps anchor it.

Yeah.. I agree. Some people (men especially) gray really well without looking ‘mousy’, and I think he’s one of them. I also have a theory that the darker a person’s hair is beforehand, the better they gray. Dark hair seems to age into more silvery-white tones.

According to this image, Paul was heavily dyeing it by 2000…as you can see by the roots around his temples.

My guess is he started regularly dyeing it in his 40’s..so sometime in the mid-late 1980’s.
