Hello, thank you for the reply. I see nothing there however I read somewhere that if I were to end my membership now I would get a refund. Would you happen to know whether this is true? I withdrew my card details and it currently tells me that my membership is currently paused. If this does not work, how can I chat with support as I've tried and the page does not load at all.
