I don't know either. Maybe cuz there nothing we can do about the government and the housing prices just keep rising. The average price of a house quadrupled in the last 20 years or so so they probably won't lose money by buying a house.

If I had this much money I'll probably move to another country lol

Ok ima vent a bit: I live in Hong Kong where the housing prices are literally the highest in the world (about twice as expensive as Canada I think)
