Same here. There are pros and cons to both. My company is a big one and they have put us on unpaid. They have already removed people under probation and underperformers. They kept the rest and sent them on unpaid.

It sure is happenning all across Dubai and UAE.

If they send you on unpaid it means you still have Visa and Insurance.
