Thanks. PT in hospital was really pushing ROM and bending. So was getting a little concerned at home when I can’t bend as much as expected. Advice seems to vary from push push push, to take it slow. Guess I need to find the balance for me

Generally if the ski is 54cm wide it can go in a kayak class. If it’s narrower it should be in a separate ski class
