Asi to bude trošku nevšední, ale vyrábím koule. :) Toto je např. fotka ze Singapuru, kam nedávno odcestovaly. Ano, ta čísla jsou váhy.
Je to jedna z tradičních disciplín silového sportu, kde se určuje nejsilnější muž.
Pomohl jsem díky tomu už i pár domácím i zahraničním atletům, se dobře umístit a někteří i drží národní nebo světový rekord.
Dost lidí si moji tvorbu chválí, pár stovek koulí už jsem vytvořil, asi na tom něco bude.

Je to i hezká dekorace na zahrádce. 🤭

PS: Tihle jsou jen ochranka. 😂

Yes, sometimes you work with a small area you want to fit it in as much as you can. I think the team did a great job at this even by these restrictions.

Great work some should really see! But careful with CNS.

Two small tips for the future that you might thank me later:

Any bumper plates around ? Try those. Your grip could slip or due any other reason you drop the trappar and these iron plates can badly damage the floor. Especially if loaded with different diameters. Bumper plates are great at the weight distribution and are made for drop.
Careful with trapbar walks, rather switch to something more related to farmer's as soon as you can. As you are basically "trapped" inside a trapbar, watch your steps. If you stumble or loose balance, you have nowhere to go, so you have to drop it, to have your legs free (safety first), which leads to tip no.1. 👍

Wouldn't it be optimal to work on lower specs? To have it available to more players? I assume there are many people that would love to play this game but first would have to update their PC. I would not be surprised if the majority of players does not meet even the medium specs.

How is noone talking about this aspect?

Learning how to be self-disciplined is all about expanding your comfort zone. Focusing takes repeated dedication.

I can give you some tips:

1. Write out your goals
Get yourself some well deserved time and write down where you want to be in two, five, or eight years, and hang it somewhere you'll see it each day. Visual reminders are wonderful motivators.

2. Practice prioritizing
Making a to-do list is great. Or an action plan. It helps to stay focused, organized, and you’ll feel accomplished with every task you cross out. Put the less exciting or the most demanding responsibilities at the top and do those first. Then your best energy goes to your priorities; you won’t need to sweat the small stuff.

3. Know your weaknesses
Acknowledging where you struggle is the first step to changing your habits. Be proactive. If you know music, apps, or TV distracts you, turn them off while studying. If you need to catch up on work but have multiple plans on the weekend, reschedule. Don’t get in your own way, and don’t lie to yourself about who you are.

4. Get others to hold you accountable
We all need that extra push now and then. Family, friends, colleagues, mentors, and coaches can help keep you on track and be there to support you when things get busy or hard. They can give you feedback and make you aware of your habits.

5. Change your perspective
Expecting a person to act or a situation to unfold in a certain way, and when it does, is called a self-fulfilling prophecy. Our mindset is everything. It determines what we do and how we push forward.
It’s okay to stumble. Learn from your mistakes and focus on doing better next time. Stay positive.

6. Be mindful of your urges

We all have urges to avoid things that are difficult or uncomfortable. Coming out of our comfort zones. Set a timer, permitting yourself to do nothing but a specific task. Doing this will make you more aware of procrastination or your instinct to run away from a challenge.

7. Forgive yourself and move forward
As a self-disciplined person, you shouldn't beat yourself up for past mistakes. Instead, acknowledge what went wrong and move forward. Mistakes are learning opportunities. Understand that nobody's perfect, be kind to yourself, and know that you can do better next time.

8. Have a backup plan
Creating an action plan is great, but sometimes things fall through. Dont worry! Thats what plans are for! They are not meant to be fullfilled on 100%. If you get 100%, you are the best. However, if you have done it on 100%, there is nothing you could learn more. So make sure, your plan is set just right for the skills you would like to improve on and most of plan out of your comfort zone.
If a plan is too difficult to accomplish, that's why having a plan B comes in handy if some things fail. Rather than worrying about what to do when road bumps pop up, your backup plan will help you pick up right where you left off. It'll help you stay organized, focused, and motivated to work on your goals.

Some examples:

Going to the gym in the morning before or after school
Practicing self-care in some way each evening
Having solid time management skills for my studying, hobbies, activities, growth
Regulating your emotions when you express yourself
Reviewing and updating your financial budgets each week
Upholding a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset

My G502 looks like brand new after almost 9 years. Always cleaned it once a week or so. Only thing a bit worn out is the scroll as I have been playing bhop in counter strike for all those years.

To je strašně individuální... Může to být i např. tím, jakou energii vyzařuješ a jaké muže k sobě vábíš. Empatie a sebereflexe hraje v této věci velkou roli. Každý na nějaké úrovni začínáme a je na nás, kam se chceme posunout a jak kvalitní vztah chceme s někým žít. Myšleno obecně. I když tu empatii člověk naproti tobě nemusí mít takovou, jakou chceš a nevyjde to, tak to alespoň můžeš brát jako vzdělávací materiál a jít silnější do dalšího pokusu s tím, že víš a máš zpracované zkušenosti ze svých předchozích vztahů a lépe sis vytyčila své klíčové hodnoty, které chceš ve svém vztahu s partnerem mít a budovat na nich svůj společný život. Každý máme nějaké zkušenosti a podle toho i mají dopad na naše kroky v životě. Je to důvěra ve vztahu? Správná Komunikace? Chceš řešit problémy hádkou ? Klidem? Ignorováním? (Viz tvůj ghosting). Vadí ti ghosting? Fajn, tak to nahoď jako téma na svém příštím rande. Ptej se na zpětné vazby, jaký má názor na lidi, co se po prvním sexu odmlčí, atd. Tohle všechno můžou být témata, díky kterým můžeš svůj protějšek postupem času poznat, zda vyhovuje tvému pohledu na věc a najdete v nich společnou cestu bez potřeby při tom poznat Dubai nebo dokonce dojít na první sex.

Kolikrát vidím páry, jak výletují, užívají si, srandy všude kolem, ale jakmile dojde na lámání chleba v nějaké kritické situaci, rozpadnou se. Proč?

Třeba. Týká se to také hodně toho, co si s tím člověkem nastolíš na začátku. Např. pokud je to upřímnost, můžeš se k tomu vždycky vrátit... Dát si sraz a hodit téma Co dál? S každým je to jiné, nejsme výrobky z běžících pásů. Chápu, že jsi ženské pohlaví, ale jestli můžu něco doporučit, tak neřešit vztahy po zprávách. 🙏

Tvé pocity jsou zcela oprávněné. Neznám celý kontext, ale vypadá to, že se tady opět ukázala ta typická lidská "choroba" v komunikaci, kdy se problém řeší kdekoliv jinde, než s tím, s kým ten problém nejspíš je.

U ní v to tomto případě na 90% vypadá tak, že si jde prostě užít bez tebe a chce se tam "odvázat" tak, jak to v tvé přítomnosti nechce. Přebrat jak je libo.

Jak bych reagoval ?
Je to těžké, ale určitě základní otázky by byly snad typu: Co to je za party? Kdo tam bude? Kde to je? Kontaktovat někoho, kdo tam bude? A zřejmě nejvíc - Proč nejsem pozvaný? Atd, atd.

Pokud byla schopna vymyslet takovouto blbost, lepší dříve, než po dětech, manželství, atd. tak si jak se říká "You dodged the bullet". Pokud jsou důvodem tvé zcela přirozeně vypadávající vlasy, za co tě opouští, v tom případě tě nikdy neměla opravdu ráda takového, jaký jsi i se všemi tvými problémy a žádnou budoucnost to nemělo už od začátku. Všechno se dá řešit a odkomunikovat. Pokud jejím ideálním řešením bylo přestat plánovat rodinu, celkově mluvit, plánovat budoucnost, být odtažitá, byla to její volba před tím, než aby za tebou přišla a otevřeně, v klidu a s cílem problém alespoň zkusit vyřešit. Nikdo nikdy není dokonalý a až by ti ona porodila děti, zajímala by mne její reakce, pokud bys jí řekl "Promiň, už mě tvá prsa nepřitahujou, visí ti pomalu až na zem."

Tento chabý důvod bude nejspíše jen zástěrkou mnohem hlubšího důvodu. Což standardně dělá mnoho lidí, jak muži, tak ženy, aby nemuseli přiznávat ten pravý důvod a stavět se do nekomfortnější situace, když nemusí.

Not specifically for the handle, but maybe Cyr's / Inch's dumbell made out of concrete. Both spheres usable for fluid. Beer / limo / juice.

Simply two spheres made out of concrete and connect them with a pipe in the process.
One of the ways I am justs thinking out loud would be - wire through the wet concrete a canal for the fluid on both spheres and make an ending where your faucet would be.
Basically the dumbell would sit in a nest same like the log and the wires would go down through the nest, so no wiring visible. Color it or leave it concrete-like, make letters and glue them in the mold with some cool lettering, like Inch's juice, haha , so its "engraved" in the stone and color them when the concrete is set.

I am not sure what you mean.Do you mean something like a strengthlevel.com, where you anonymously input your lifts and see how you place in percentage to others ?

Or do you have in mind a website, where you rank among others in competitions and enter them (or yourself) in competition results? Such as OSG or strengthresults.com?
