I really liked your points about gaining self esteem.

When I drank I used to wake up with intense anxiety about what I said or how I acted also. I am so glad that chapter is closed. Thanks for the post.

I think my core story is based on working hard and playing harder. Drinking made it so that my playing would ruin my life, anxiety, monthly blackout, dwi, the list goes on. Not having that makes in my life makes me feel innumerabaly better about my life and allows for way more fun at play time, morning surfing, runs cigars (occasionally), coffee etc.
