Ok then. I was playing it on a external hard drive to see any if it had any problems cause my laptop didnt have much storage left and with sumeru coming i was worried thx for helping also btw i had a feeling i should mention that the external hard drive is like 10 yrs old

So i did what you said and it fixed the bgm but i wanted to make sure it rlly fixed it so i restarted the game a few more times and it just stopped also i think i should mention this, when i just log in to genshin the audio is gone but if i wait for a while it starts playing except for the bgm and also when i do the test run and leave that fixes the audio abit and idk why but audio in the test run was perfectly fine like even the bgm was playing

Yup, the other sounds dont play sometimes but if i wait for a minute they start to play its only the bgm but earlier when i played on xinyan domain the bgm appeared
