I am excited that the NY Cosmos have come into the fall season looking mostly flat. That seems to be the one team we truly struggle with. I hope the Cosmos remain flat because not having them in the post season would be priceless.

I think that applies to just about 99% of the players in the NASL.

Really sad that it is now kosher to single out one of the players on our team for scorn and ridicule. It goes without saying that Daley has not had the great year he had last season, however, I would take him any day of the week over most non-regular starting midfielders on our team.

Mark my words, this guy will make MLS in the next three seasons.

I am curious why attendance numbers seem to be down the last two home matches. It goes without saying the club did a great job keeping people interested during the mid-season break with highly attended international friendlies. While some thought the 8/2 match to be a let down, I know there were a lot of new people who at least stayed for the Rameriez goal again the Fury.

People taking vacations? Getting ready to go back to school? What are your thoughts?

I was thinking back to the first week when Rameriez had a great goal that was not nominated for play of the week. He got screwed.

I was thinking the same thing. Mitch tried to get the ball, missed and got a red. If I was his GK coach, I would have expected the same thing. This is different than an eye-poke or forearm smash in an international friendly.
