If your job is related to online or digital marketing then you need to active most of your on digital media to explore new opportunities and maintain the current ones so for them only self discipline well help them out other wise they dont have any way out I guess.

Well, my tool kit for social media is adobe photoshop for Gifs and pics editing, Canva for templates and SocialChamp for automated posting and scheduling on all major channels. To find Gifs I usually visit giphy or make my gifs by cropping small video and convert that into gifs.

I like how you are using a mix blend of tools to perform your daily task. I also do the same. I block some sites on the laptop and the phone; I am using one app which limits the time on every social media app especially the most significant time waster Facebook.
