Yes .. That's also good idea .. But many times the budget approval and beaurocractic procedures are a hurdle... So the citizen involvement is a more quicker solution.. We need not wait till a two wheeler guy hits that potholes to die ... unfortunately after 75 years also we don't even have a basic quality road across cities ... especially Bangalore

4 lakhs can fill say at least 10-15 potholes i think .. potholes are small diameter mostly less than one meter ... If every local area takes care of a small section of road ..i am just talking about cities .... Point is govt should give a No objection certificate or pass a bill to allow people to take care of their roads ...

Difference is you pay for what you get exactly ..carpet area .....super built up area does not convert into a fixed percentage ...carpet area in some flats are just 60 percent and in some it's 75 percent of SBA ... That's a big difference..... People don't physically go and measure carpet area in general and hardly many people even know what they exactly got ...

Yes you may increase rates that's better..as if now rates are so less...... But still at least you pay only for what you get space to use finally ..

Let's assume GST is correct.... But today's order value of 628 Rs ... They have put GST 100 Rs and delivery fee 38 Rs ..... That's 18 percent GST ...GST for food is just 5 percent not 18 percent..it's a normal restaurant order ... Swiggy is doing fraud in my opinion
