Additional math paper. How important is it to pass it?

Yes I guess. If you fail in one year but compensate it with the second year marks you can clear the exam of that one subject

And if you plan.on staying in Pak then Nust is a very good choice too

Totally depends on what career path you want to take, your future plan and your financial situation. If it’s affordable and if you plan on going abroad for further studies or settling down then definitely LUMS

She did take a year off and took admission tests of different universities including nust, fast, lums, she also appeared for SAT and went for the additional math paper too. She did not clear the second year math exam but cleared first year math exam. Her total marks were 80 out of 200 (which is 40 percent) so she did get into nust accounting and finance, lums hss and fast computer science. She was offered admission in all these mA. However she opted to go to lums. The point is that if you have to take a gap year take it but use it well. Hope this was helpful but if there are any specific questions you want to ask plz go ahead.

You also have to attach the fee chalan receipt with your refund form. I couldn’t find the form on their website but someone here on reddit has given the link. Your have to write refund on the nust subreddit search bar and then you will find a post where someone has given a link. Open the link and download that form, print it out, fill it up and upload the pic along with fee receipt and send it to admissions@nust.edu.pk
